Phenom Yachts Appoints Shaun Reale as National Sales Manager

Phenom Yachts is pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Reale as our National Sales Manager. With nearly 18 years of experience in the marine industry, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to our team.

Shaun began his career in the marine industry in 2007 with Yamaha, where he served as the District Marketing Manager for Texas until October 2020. During his tenure at Yamaha, Shaun developed a deep understanding of the market and cultivated strong relationships within the industry. In October 2020, Shaun joined Sportsman Boats as the Regional Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast Territory. Over the next few years, he played a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the region.

Now, Shaun transitions to Phenom Yachts, taking on the role of National Sales Manager. In this position, Shaun is responsible for overseeing sales operations across the country, implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, and strengthening the Phenom brand nationwide.

Shaun's extensive industry experience, coupled with his strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence, make him an ideal fit for this role. His ability to build and maintain relationships, along with his strategic vision, will be instrumental in guiding Phenom Yachts to new heights.
