Phenom Yachts Appoints Jim Isaac as National Technical Sales Representative

Phenom Yachts is excited to announce the appointment of Jim Isaac as our new Technical Sales Representative. With a remarkable 25-year career in the marine industry, Jim has been a vital part of our team since 2015, bringing exceptional expertise and dedication to various roles within the company.

Jim’s journey in the marine industry began at 16 years old with Boater’s World, where he honed his skills in marine retail sales. Following Boater’s World’s closure, he spent several years in the resort industry before joining Sportsman Boats in 2015 as a beginner assembly associate. Over the years, Jim has taken on multiple roles at Sportsman Boats, including Island Boat Lead, Quality Control Technician, Parts and Warranty Department, and Sportsman Technical Sales Representative.

In addition to his extensive industry experience, Jim has been a prominent figure in our media content, featuring in Tech Talks and the Sportsman Experience Fishing Show. His passion for fishing has taken him up and down the East Coast, from the Northeast to the Florida Keys, as well as the Gulf Coast and Panhandle. As the captain of the Phenom Yachts tournament fishing team, Jim leads our team to success in numerous competitions.
