Welcome to Episode 5 of Phenom's The Build. In this episode we will be stepping aboard the Phenom 43 and diving into more of the designed-in features. The Phenom 43 release is slated for Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2024.
In the fifth installment of "The Build" series, we dive into the exciting progress of the Phenom 43. Starting with the interior console, the team moves forward from the mold created in episode three, flipping it carefully with the help of a crane and a steel frame. This meticulous process involves balancing and securing the mold to ensure precision and safety.
Inside the Phenom 43, the design takes shape with planned features like a queen-sized bed, a 32-inch television, a midsection galley complete with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and a fully enclosed head and shower. The interior promises comfort and convenience, making it a luxurious space for any voyage.
Moving to the exterior, the Phenom 43 showcases its impressive 43-foot length and 12-foot 10-inch beam. The hull construction employs a single-piece infusion process, integrating the stringer grid into one solid piece for enhanced strength and durability. Key systems installed include a 70-gallon freshwater tank, a 6-gallon water heater, and a 10,000 BTU air conditioning unit.
The transom pan is designed to house the Seakeeper and features a substantial 500-gallon main fuel tank, complemented by 100-gallon saddle tanks on each side, resulting in a total fuel capacity of 700 gallons. Transfer pumps are installed to efficiently manage fuel distribution between the tanks.
We finish with the team preparing the Phenom 43 for its next stages, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to deliver the ultimate yachting experience.
