Part of keeping the system in top working order is sticking to a maintenance schedule. Routine inspections, cleaning, and timely part replacements can prevent issues and extend the system's lifespan. Here is a quick guide to the essential tasks you need to keep up with.

Key Maintenance Tasks

• Zinc Sacrificial Anodes: Inspect and replace regularly (every 6 months or 500 hours) to prevent corrosion.
• Fasteners: Check the torque on Seal Plate bolts (every 3 months or 250 hours) to ensure they are secure.
• Actuator Friction: Make sure the actuator is tightly secured to the Seal Plate (every 3 months or 250 hours).
• Electrical System: Inspect connectors, grounds, and cables for corrosion, cracks, or chafing (every 12 months or 1000 hours).

Recommended Schedule

Component Task Interval
Corrosion Protection Inspect/replace sacrificial anode 6 months / 500 hours
Fasteners Check Seal Plate bolt torque 3 months / 250 hours
Actuator Inspect actuator friction 3 months / 250 hours
Connectors Check for corrosion, replace if needed 12 months / 1000 hours
